Code Of Dress
The cast were contacted on a private group on Facebook. This gave my team and I easy accessibility to contact them both as well as being able to be notified once they have read it, this made it easy for us to make sure everyone had received all the information that they needed.
We planned for the cast to bring along multiple pieces of clothing to be mix and matched to create multiple codes of dress as if the footage was set on different days.
Ben bought along a lot of clotghing to the shoot which gave us, the team, the ability to choose what he was going to wear.
The main pieces of clothing that Ben wore a lot is shown on the left.
A dark t-shirt, large grey jumper, a scarf and a big bag. He paired all of his clothing with jeans and trainers. The aim was to keep him in casual clothing, a relaxed feeling to make the relationship shown in the music video as natural and realistic as possible.
Vicki's code of dress is shown to the right. She wore casual black disco-pant leggings and trainers along with a light blue coat. When she took the coat off to represent a different day she was seen wearing a ckecked shirt and a mustard jumper. This was paired with a bag that could be used as a handbag or a rucksack.
