My Group
My group is made up of four team members: Sam Viner, George Harrison, Max Hall and myself. Each person brings new ideas and skills that will benefit the creation of the music video.
Philippa Golding
I believe that I bring some very valuable organisation and leadership skills to my group. This will ensure that everything is completed on time and that actors are contacted in advance as well as having all the correct equipment with us on film day. I also have creative ideas that will help in the planning of the creation as well as ensuring some interesting and imaginative camera angles are used because I am good at camerawork.
Max Hall
I have not previously worked with Max but I know that he is very creative and imaginative with new ideas; he also has skills with lighting. Lighting is a very important part of moving image because it can convey a particular meaning e.g. sadness with dull, distorted lighting. It is important to get the lighting correct in a music video as there is no added audio to back up the narrative.
Sam Viner
After working with Sam in the AS production I know that we can work well together and I also know his strengths and abilities. He is very passionate about editing which is a brilliant skill to have, with imaginative ideas coming from each individual he will be able to fulfil the ideas and make them become a reality.
George Harrison
George is a recent addition to the group so I have no previous experience of working with him; however he took GCSE media as well as A-Level so he has developed a lot of skills that will be useful in our creation. He has been in charge of cinematography in previous projects so I will be working closely with him with camerawork. He is also skilled in editing; I believe that Sam and George will work well together in post-production.
